Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Rudy Interactive takes proprietary information very seriously. At no time will your information be shared with a third party or used in any way against your business interests. Rudy Interactive will not take your artwork for use on any other site or media, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance. Rudy Interactive guarantees that all information you share with us, including artwork, contact information, notes, or other files will be remain confidential.

Any information you provide to us at our web site, in person, over the phone, through email or any other type of correspondence when you establish or update an account, (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, artwork, graphic files, intellectual property, etc), is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems.

Rudy Interactive will never contact competitors, business associates not already identified, or clients with any sensitive information on your business.

Individual NDA contracts are available to Rudy Interactive clients.
